Delivery Conditions

Large parcels are those not exceeding 30 kgin weight and measuring up to 60 x 40 x 30 cm.

This size category includes large home appliances (e.g., microwave, coffee maker, small vacuum cleaner), disassembled furniture (like a folding table, small cabinet), clothes, or shoes.

Items over 30 kg or with irregular shapes that are difficult to transport are prohibited, as are TVs or monitors without proper packaging. Also prohibited are goods requiring special storage or transport conditions (e.g., frozen products).

1Packaging Items

Use sturdy cardboard boxes suited to the size of the contents. Avoid oversized boxes (items may shift) and undersized ones (contents may be crushed).
If the box has multiple parts, tape them together securely.
Do not use old or damaged boxes.
Avoid using thin plastic bags — they tear easily and offer no protection.

2Protecting Contents

Fill empty spaces with paper or bubble wrap if items can move. Eco tip: wrap items in cloth for reuse.
Wrap fragile items individually in bubble wrap or thick fabric.
Do not ship fragile items without extra protection.
Do not ship liquids unless in leak-proof containers.

3Labeling

Mark boxes with "Fragile" or "Handle with care" when needed. Use stickers that won’t fade during transport.

4Special Items

Use padded envelopes or rigid folders for documents and important papers.

No, GoGoBag does not charge additional fees for its services.

How does delivery work?

GoGoBag offers two delivery options: Sender — Carrier — Recipient Pick up your parcel at a designated meeting point and time arranged with the driver. Sender — Carrier — Post Office The parcel is shipped to your address via an available postal service.

Parcel Tracking

Tracking your parcel is easy with our app! The carrier can enable GPS tracking or manually mark stop points to notify the sender about the parcel’s location.This allows the sender to see where the parcel is in real time. Tracking updates are sent to registered app users. Download the GoGoBag app in the App Store or Google play.

What is the cost of sending a parcel abroad?

The cost of sending a parcel abroad is not fixed. The price depends on the size, weight of the parcel and the destination. Carriers set their own price for delivery, you decide which price suits you best. GoGoBag does not charge additional delivery fees.
